Cadence (the “Service”) is operated by True AI Ventures, LLC (“True AI Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and the Cadence apps for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Cadence is currently in a beta stage. Our data practices are intentionally minimal during this period; if they change as the product matures, we will update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date above.
Information We Collect
- Early access signup email. If you request access on our website, we collect the email address you provide so we can contact you about the beta program.
- Routine and workout data. Routines, timers, and session history you create in the Cadence apps are stored on your device.
- Health data. With your permission, the Cadence watch app uses Apple HealthKit workout sessions to keep your timer active during a class. Health data is processed on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We never use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with third parties.
- Feedback. If you send us feedback or bug reports during the beta, we keep that correspondence so we can act on it and follow up with you.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about the beta program and product updates.
- To respond to your support requests and feedback.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking on the Service.
- We do not share your information except as required by law or to operate the Service.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain signup emails and feedback only as long as needed for the beta program. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. Data stored on your device can be deleted by removing your routines or uninstalling the app.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
