Nope! Once you hit "Sync to Watch" in the locker room, the entire flow is transferred to your Apple Watch. You can leave your phone entirely outside the studio, eliminating distractions and ensuring a completely disconnected teaching experience.

Not at all. In fact, it's the opposite. The haptic taps are entirely silent and physically felt only by you. Your clients won't hear any beeps or see you checking a screen. You will just appear to have perfect internal timing.

Cadence is built for watchOS 8.0 and later, which means it supports Apple Watch Series 3 and newer. For the best haptic experience, we recommend Series 6 or newer.
